About the event
Join land trust staff and volunteers as we remove invasive species from the beautiful prairies of this nature preserve. We will be cutting and treating Buckthorn, other woody invasive species, and trail maintenance. If time allows, we will also do some seed collecting of native plants.
In doing so, we will protect the diverse community of native flora present on the preserve. Please dress for the elements and be prepared for hiking off trail. Work gloves are recommended.
