About the event
Join the stew crew staff on Thursday, July 24; 10:00am-2:30pm for a fun day of science and field work at Fellenz Woods. Our graduate intern, Jake, will be hosting a BioBlitz for the community, making scientific wildlife observations and having fun outside!
A BioBlitz is a community science event where we record as many different plants and animals as we can in a set time and place. Explore the plants and animals that call our community home, just beyond your backyard!
What to Bring:
A cellphone: we will be using the iNaturalist app to gather data.
Water to stay hydrated!
A lunch and snacks; we will be taking a 30 min break at noon.
